Due to severe difficulties pointed out by commentaries and several failed attempts tried by my self after Patch 8.1 was released, I decided to play around with different abilities, using those abilities at different times ect, but eventually opted for changing Enchanted Broom for Willy and give Servant of Demidos the 3rd pet slot instead.
Different scenarios then unfolded, though I mostly encountered scenario 1 the 10 times I tried and didn't fail.
It's worth mentioning that there is always the chance of a really bad case of RNG, so be prepared for that under all circumstances.
Tricky isn't a bad thing, it merely means that you have to pay attention.

my Willy is still lvl 1, so I used Hateful eye here with Focused Beams, Eyeblast and Dark Rebirth: he managed to kill Delta pretty nice during his rebirth phase. (edited)

Oddly enough, this team comp didn't work until after Willy got killed due to a crit and Delta using a different move than usual. After that I went straight into Snail Mail > Express Mail to kill Scars, before Mailmental died during the undead phase. At that point Servant was higher health than usual and was able to kill with Shield > Siphon > Magic Sword.

For Scenario 1, I recommend trying Siphon first turn as it keeps you alive longer.

You were all right, the strat wasn't working after Patch 8.1, so due to "technical difficulties" in the lack of a better word, the strategy now have a new pet and another have moved slot along with 2 different scenarioes.

This strat doesn't even makes sense, it's not possible to kill Delta in 2 rounds...

While I was looking forward to using the mailemental... this strategy didn't work for me... Demidos did not kill Delta in 2 shots in the 3 times I tried, and was destroyed by Delta and Scars before doing any significant damage to Scars.
