Hey there NoneGiven. Run a 3rd pet with Survival and Scratch, you should be fine then even if your Skimmer dies (as mine usually does)

I run my 3rd pet with Survival and Scratch (doesn't really matter which pet as long as they have those two abilities). Then if the Skimmer dies I can Scratch until the rat's undead round and Survival in the undead round ensures, well, survival.

I found this from Buuloki and it worked easily (after I'd been defeated 3 times trying other strats): Unborn Valkyr, Zandalari Anklerender, Kneebiter, or Ikky, and then a high health pet. Use Curse of Doom, Haunt, Black Claw, Hunting Party. Last pet may get swapped in and will die from Leprosy but Unborn Valkyr will resurrect and you will win the fight.
