So this one still works EXCEPT where it says Surge of Power at greater than 803 what it meant was "use Surge of Power when enemy health less than 702" bc that's all an Energized Manafiend can do vs that enemy according to the tooltip (unless it crits of course which mine didn't, and he had 92 health left; my level pet was 14 and able to save the battle though).

No point in having the carry pet since patch 8.1 nerfed the XP to the ground.

There's no harm to it. I do WQs for pet charms on 10 toons, it definitely adds up on the carry pet. Especially if they level from 24 to 25, saves you an entire battle (and thus a pet bandage) with one of the Legion tamers.

Here's my variation of the script:

ability(Moonfire:595) [weather(Moonlight:596).duration<2]

Surge of Power will hit for 803 if Moonlight is active, but I've set it at its normal threshold of 730, just in case Moonlight isn't active. (edited)

I think you've confused some other script/strategy, as I don't use "Life Exchange" neither in TD nor selected ability nor the list of steps for this strategy. (edited)

I use Chrominius in 3rd slot. Only had to cast Surge of Power. Milo's hp was a little more than what bite would hit and would have to rely on a crit to one shot it.

Has there been a change made since this strategy was posted? I've done this fight half a dozen times and my SS NFD is dead or nearly dead before Milo comes in. I would like to think that RNGeezus doesn't hate me that badly.

Hi, since the strategy was posted, I've slightly improved TD script for the dodge aura to work with other languages, and changed hp threshold when fighting against last pet. This shouldn't affect the fight much.
I have also used this strategy again today with NFD SS as worked like a charm. Could you please provide list of actions you've performed that led to your pet dying? Maybe your NFD is not the top level in your team.

Sprite Darter Hatchlings are only available as S/S breed, and work reliably—I'd recommend changing them to the default choice for this strategy, and have an S/S or S/B Nether Faerie Dragon as the substitute. That should cut down on the number of people having troubles in the comments.

Well it's available as a substitute. I've added it to the strategy info. Anyway I'm not sure if more people would have world drop pet rather than one obtainable in the wild.

This worked really well for me. I used an S/B Nether Faerie Dragon with 289 speed, and my leveling pet was a level 18 1,1,1 H/S Ghostshell Crab. I actually didn't need to swap to my humanoid pet, which was a Kun-Lai Runt 1,1,1 P/P. As soon as the crab came in, I cast spirit spikes, then spirit claws, and it killed the spider easily. I probably wouldn't have tried it with any other leveling pet, but since he had a damage reflect, and a good beast attack, I went for it.

Even with the second evanescence, I can't seem to get this strat to work with a leveling pet. I just end up having my level pet left to fight the third pet (and the third enemy has taken no damage). Just added in an Alpine Foxling until I can get a better breed of Nether Faerie.
