Perhaps something in Patch 9.2.x changed but this strat really doesn't work. Just awful. RNG isn't in it. Whelpling cannot finish Moth. Xu-Fu doesn't take out Needlenose...Chrominius comes in and cannot finish Needlenose either... (edited)

Since there's nothing about it (but we've seen that people didn't like the RNG when continuing after that), a script that forfeits on Asleep in Round 1 and strictly sticks to the steps could look like this:

I personally would add a condition to Prowl to react to stronger hits of the first pet. This way you can get down to 9 rounds when Moonfire alone is sufficient to kill Needlenose.

Too much RNG for a #1 Ranked Strat. It works, but OTOH, you can very easily go 3 fights in a row where the moth stun forces a restart.

This battle has the pretty much inevitable stun chance in the first round. I use the Nexus as my first pet, and personally, I don't restart if stunned. It nearly always goes on to win anyhow.

I think I've lost once by not restarting.

This strategy seems to fail only if the Nexus Whelpling dies before the first opponent dies. So I recommend continuing with the stun, and only restarting if the Whelpling dies before Needlenose comes in. (edited)

Original go-to works well as long as you don't get stunned first. If so, reset and the Nexus, Xu-Fu, and Chrominius takes care of business.

Four times in a row, my Nexus was stunned on the first turn. Died before Moth Balls did, and the strategy went downhill from there. Had to restart each of the four times.

I really like the Fragments for this fight. Start with Fragment of Anger: Spiritfire Beam, Soulrush then fill with Spiritfire Bolt, Spiritfire Beam again if you can, after that you're using Fragment of Desire and Fragment of Suffering prioritizing Soulrush off CD and filling with Spiritfire Bolt.

I used P/B nexus, P/P xu-fu and H/H chrom. worked perfect (have only done it once with this strat, but its way faster than the other strat I was using)

I used Teroclaw Hatchling as the first pet - claw, dodge, claw, ravage. This took the first opponent down and I still got two hits on the next one. I could only rarely get the Nexus Whelping to kill the first opponent. This worked better for me.

That's interesting. What breed of Nexus were you using?

I use Nexus as first pet, and a P/P always gets the first opponent down, except if my Nexus is stunned on the first round AND I have bad luck with crits after. That has happened, but I can remember only one time. (There may have been another.)

I was able to use this strategy, but with Ban-Fu, Cub of Ban-Lu instead. Prowl>Moon Tears>Spirit Claws. Otherwise works just as suggested.

Worked for me (tested 5-6 times). Seems things could go sideways if the moth crit my nexus whelpling (P/S) and put it to sleep in the same fight; might be worth adding an RNG tag to the strat based on that.

Here's the script that I used as well:

Absolut sichere Strategie , solange Nexuswelpling den 1. Gegner überlebt. Wenn nicht, ist es ein sicherer Lose. Also kann man direkt neu starten. Wer Xu-Fu nicht hat, kann es evtl. mit Ash'ana versuchen. Das aber nur als Überlegung - noch nicht getestet.
