If you want to use one of the other spores in slot 2, you'll need to adjust the explode pet in slot 1 For the 1400 hp spores you need an Explode pet with > 1600 hp For the Zangar Spore you need one with > 1529 hp The important part is keeping a Spore in slot 2 to beat GOC's speed for the Tail smash X Video for Fight |

This is a modification of F1NCH#2182's strategy to allow for easier substitutions. Any pet with *Explode* that has HP => 1610 should work. 1610 is the minimum HP required to deal 35% of Conch's health.

Not sure why this enemy uses Slime Trail to root my pet before it tries to force swap my lowest health pet with Tail Smash, it simply doesn't work. Black Claw + Hunting Party pet needs to be very strong breed. Otherwise, the terrible math behind pet battles' shield mechanics would simply block most attacks. No matter if they are supposed to be buffed by Unholy Ascension or Beast passive, Swarm abilities you want to use on this Spiked Shell need to do more than 196 damage per hit looking at the numbers in the pet journal, not the adapted tooltips while in fight. Flying pet needs >263 Speed to benefit of the Flying passive and initially be faster than the 394 Speed of the enemy pet. |

Power/Power Beast mode pounds through Conch's shell and destroys him. This is also an all-Beast team.
Shadowlands Update: I have tested this with different breeds of raptors, and they all work fine. I think the Conch's shell got nerfed. Unless you have logs disputing mine I still consider this a valid strat.
I'll be updating the turn lines to reflect what the conch is doing, but other than that there's nothing I can do to make this strat clearer.

This is why "This doesn't work, I've tried x amount of times." isn't helpful in helping people figure out what has gone wrong with a strat. We need to know breeds, where your experience differed from the strat, and so on. Or better -- post logs. Otherwise, no one will be inclined to believe you. (edited)

use : Val´kyr , Ikky and Molten Corgi
follow the guide with the Valkyr, then use Ikky with Flock. Ur pet will be switched and Molten Corgi comes up.
use superbark and then puppies of the flame 2 buy u time, and last use Bark and ur Corgi will die.
Bring Ikky and u should be able 2 finish him off with 1 Savage Talon.
Worked for me =)

The Valk needs to survive Slime Trail (756) and Tail Smash X (560) - that's 1316 damage.
A B/B Valk has 1562 HP, so that is enough. However, if either one of the two crits, the B/B Valk dies too soon. That's a 10% chance.
A H/H has 1806, but even a H/H will be in trouble if either of those crits.
If that is NOT what happened in your battle, do please post the log to the point where the Valk was reduced to zero so we can see whether the Conch maybe doesn't use the same sequence every time or something.

As you see, one round of swarm WILL be blocked, but that's OK. It's accounted for in the strat. The other swarms cannot be blocked UNLESS the Conch is randomizing its moves, or bugged. At least sometimes. That's not impossible, but we have no evidence of it.
Personally, I think some people just miss the Pass move in Round 3, which will throw your whole count off, and lead to exactly that type of failure.
Pet Battle Log Keeper addon is how you can keep logs of your battles to produce them so others can see what actually happened.

2. - Долинная куропатка (1-1-2) (атакует первой благодаря дефолтной хасте 281 + 50% за птичий баф пока больше 50% хп пета, что больше хасты босса 394):
1 раунд: Удар головой (улитка отвечает, меняя пета на третьего)
3. - Альбатрос великого моря (2-2-2) (атакует первым благодаря дефолтной хасте 288 +50% пока птичий баф пока больше 50% хп пета, что больше хасты босса 394):
1 раунд: Взбучка
2 раунд: Ускоренный метаболизм
3+4 раунд: Взлет
Убил таким образом с первого раза после часа мучений по тактике автора...
Если после взлета улитка жива (примерно 50хп остается, убиваете об нее альбатроса, выходит куропатка - 1 раунд: Удар головой - улитка дохнет 100%
