This strategy worked for me on the very first attempt! However, on further attempts it appear a very lucky crit on Lazy to begin with as well as rolling 300+ damage on Tesla Canon was the reason for this. But, that still makes it possible.
However, if Winston dies, you should be around the last pet, Skeeto, and any other level 25 humanoid should do the trick then :)

As a backup, Winter's Helper would do great wonders at finishing Skeeto if RNG is not in your favor. :D
