Then once the crab dies the script doesn't know what to do and just stops doing anything.

Managed to rescue to the win by going outside of what was done.
1 - All is well until you bring the crab back which just dies before you can do anything
2 - The turtle can't then handle the final kill and dies
this leave you hoping that the hydraling can finish it off, none of this is in the strat.
