What was more impactful, however, was that Alpha Striking Bonecrusher would sometimes trigger his beast racial while my Albino Duskwatcher was still alive, and his Devour would kill it one round before Drain Blood was available, healing Bonecrusher for 800 health. I used Alpha Strike for Chi-Chi instead of Fire Quills and I used a B/B Foulfeather. I always had trouble with S/S. I don't know about S/B. I also did some of Foulfeather's turns in a different order. I used Flock for Turn 2-4, then I used Infected Claw on Turn 5. If that killed Bloog, I used Flock one more time on 2nd enemy pet before my foulfeather died. Then I followed the rest.

2nd enemy didnt die, but chichi managed to finish both of the last 2 fine.

Alpha Strike will do more consistent, base damage than Fire Quills.
