As per suggestions in the comments, I replaced the Eye with a Lofty Libram and since I did not have an Accursed Hexxer, I used Will of Remornia instead. It worked perfectly first attempt!

you can use Will of Remornia instead of accursed hexer. Remornia destroys the rest of the team with Dark Bolt and Siphon Anima after the setup that swaps her in on turn 6.

I personally replaced the eye with a Lofty Libram (1,2,2). Used curse of doom like the strat uses, then at the end when it got swapped in I used amplify magic, then arcane blast untill Chipper died (it took 2 blasts for me)
