It's hilarious how Fuego fatuo de Hyjal can basically solo the entire fight, we only let it die to facilitate the level pet. You can *probably* replace Zepelín de la Luna Negra with another Explotar pet, but it'll most likely cost additional turns; Misil brings Otto's HP down to just enough for Explotar threshold. This has always worked perfectly for me. 5 stars.

With that said, today I noticed that when Time Bomb hits, Syd swaps out and Mr. Pointy comes in, so Armageddon hits him (and the backline pets). Then ofc he's dead and you bring in the Pet Bombling.

I think that's how it's meant to work bc it's never failed, but the written instructions above seem to indicate that Armageddon happens before Mr. Pointy enters the ring.

It still wouldn't explain user "anomalee's" issue bc it swaps out for me just like for them, only I still get my 4 zaps anyway & everything is perfect.

I see what you mean, but that's the only working sequence to write the strat. You press Armageddon before Mr Pointy comes in.

If you said "Mr Pointy comes in" before the instruction to press Armageddon, it would imply that you wait for Mr Pointy before pressing Armageddon, which would be more confusing. (editado)

Doesn't work for me, either. Mr. Pointy comes in before Syd dies and and armageddon hits him instead of Syd. My bombling dies every time before getting four zaps off.

There are two ways:
1. Pull your Pet Battle tab out of the top of your Chat box, maximise it, and screenshot it. (Or transcribe it if you really want to).
or
2. Get the addon Pet Battle Log Keeper. It is out of date. but it still works. When the battle is over, type /pblk and press the Save Battle button. Now you can recall it at any time. If you have just a little familiarity with working with text, you can extract the text from the .lua fule of the log, but again, a screenshot will usually do fine.

2 years late to this reply, but there's a 3rd option. A chat addon, like Prat, allows you to copy/paste your chat, so you can click the pet battle chat box then click the 'copy' button in the bottom right of the chat pane and highlight everything you want to copy.

Doesn't work for me. Bombling dies too quickly to mr pointy and can't get off the explode cast. Happened like 10 times in a row using script

Edit: not sure if it matters but Mr Pointy comes in before Syd dies, meaning that armageddon targets mr pointy (Syd dies later in the backline). Even so, Mr pointy does not die with the 4 zaps and will kill my bombling. Also, sometimes pointy crits making it die even faster. (editado)

Both this strat and the one for jeremy feasel are great! Worked first try and much much quicker than the ones I had been using. (Prepatch phase 1 dragonflight) (editado)

It's hilarious how Fuego fatuo de Hyjal can basically solo the entire fight, we only let it die to facilitate the level pet. You can *probably* replace Zepelín de la Luna Negra with another Explotar pet, but it'll most likely cost additional turns; Misil brings Otto's HP down to just enough for Explotar threshold.
