That heavily reduces the chance of failing and doesn't require a specific breed. It worked for me 9 out of 10 times. You might have to restart if Bile Larva fails to kill first pet, you need it to survive so that it can apply acidic goo on the second pet. You can replace Moon-Moon with Feline Familiar (1/X/2). I initially tried the Xu-Fu in the third slot strats, by trying a couple of other pets in those fights with similar-ish abilities as Xu-Fu, but the ability BITE isn't strong enough if they're going to take out a flying pet.

So I decided to give the Scabby/Xu-Fu/Feline Familiar strat a shot, and tried once again to find other pets to stand in for Xu-Fu. In comes the Filhote de Éter Perdido, who also lives long enough to take the Lift-Off, giving you all the breathing room you need for that last pet :D

If you get unlucky crits and Scabby dies first, that was the only times that it failed for me, but otherwise it worked great.

Worked great the first try, but I would clarify that the Lost Netherpup is supposed to take the hit from Flight (which happened on its Turn 3 for me, so if I had done Darkflame > Shadow Shock > swap (as the strategy implies I should), I would've lost).

Still the same for me today - won first time but instead of swapping in I passed so Lost Netherpup took the flight hit. Thanks for this comment - it saved my fight!

Sorry, not even close. First three tries, crits killed Scabby before Bloog. This time, all went well, except where it says "Bone Crusher dies"...I'm looking around with my dead Netherpup and Bone Crusher at 591. Another couple tries and we'll see. *Edit* Heh, guess I just had to comment. For some reason, this time Vengeance hit for 1200 (after getting hit for 853), taking out Bone Crusher, and FF two-hits Chipper. Have patience, this CAN work. (edited)

Had a lot of RNG, but this one eventually worked after many of the other teams/strats. Scabby H/H, Netherpup P/S, Feline, P/B.

Took me 3 tries: the first time Scabby died early, the second time my netherpup got crit, but the third time went smoothly.

Me too... got 3 good strong hits though. First few times I tried it, was not getting those and failed.

This one took two tries for me.
The second try, I ignored the implication that you're supposed to swap the pets (if alive) and instead attacked until they died. That bit of extra damage made a bunch of difference for me.

H/H scabby worked second time, thanks for the team. Seems that if the diseased bite doesn't kill on turn 4 then you need to reset.

Good additional explanation. Had a few tries, cos bad crits against my team but also had to change attacks against Bone Crusher as follows: afer HIEB I used Tollwütiger Schlag first, then Infizierender Biss..

2	fAb#2203	Beast pets do +25% increased damage when they are below half health. This tactic takes advantage of that by using dmg modifiers first and then the heavy nukes. That heavily reduces the chance of failing and doesn't require a specific breed. It worked for me 9 out of 10 times. You might have to restart if Bile Larva fails to kill first pet, you need it to survive so that it can apply acidic goo on the second pet. You can replace Moon-Moon with Feline Familiar (1/X/2). Always glad to see when a strat works, even if there's a little RNG to it/works with a different breed. I needed to find a way around Xu-Fu, Filhote de Xuen, as I didn't want to go level my monk in the middle of the achievement progress, I figured with as many pets as I have, there MUST be another way. I initially tried the Xu-Fu in the third slot strats, by trying a couple of other pets in those fights with similar-ish abilities as Xu-Fu, but the ability BITE isn't strong enough if they're going to take out a flying pet. So I decided to give the Scabby/Xu-Fu/Feline Familiar strat a shot, and tried once again to find other pets to stand in for Xu-Fu. In comes the Filhote de Éter Perdido, who also lives long enough to take the Lift-Off, giving you all the breathing room you need for that last pet :D Have fun, y'all non-Xu-Fu owners!
