I've tried this strat but made some changes for success.
After turn in Ban-Fu, Cub of Ban-Lu, I used Prowl instead of the 2nd Pass turn. Maybe it's a bit lucky but worked for me :)

Well, I messed up and accidentally made this work better.
On turn 5, I accidentally hit "soothe" while fighting stinkdust, then tried to get back on path by chewing on turn 6. This sleeped Stinkdust, causing Trailblazer to swap in and get hit by the stampede and chew. This will come take Trailblazer into or close to undead round. And a prowl and Jade claw will deal with Stiinkdust.
I was able to replicate a couple of times.
