On paper, this pet is a fan letter to Estrelita de Ferro with Bombear replacing Golpe Final.
Coincidentally, this turns a Mechanical weakness against Elementals into Aquatic advantage, however with the racial being the same it is still vulnerable. Regardless, any exotic coverage for Family achievements is a good thing.

Unfortunately, the stats are not very good, and the third ability is non-damaging so it remains to see whether it leaps into its niche.
