This strategy can fail if Scorch does more than one critical attack against your Zandalari Anklerender prior to the latter using its Hunting Party ability.

Also, the script as currently written will leave your third pet stuck in standby should the above happen.

It is an excellent, quick strat, but you are right: sometimes the raptor won't finish the battle. It doesn't even need to take a crit to die if Scorch's Holy Strile hits high. 285+190+297+297+315 = 1384 > HP of Anklerender in my case.

That's not a problem, though; Scorch is left with very little HP even if the raptor doecn't live to finish the job. The Valk would probably finish the battle, but it doesn't hurt to have a useful third.

I don't see why the script would fail, but then I don't use that addon.

there is no standby in the script. the only way it would fail if somehow both the raptor and UBV die and the 3rd pet doesn't have a spammable ability on #1

I use Ikky in third slot and if anklerender dies I have td use the 3rd ability flock but the first ability should work fine too.

I did Unborn Valk (CoD, Haunt), Zand Ank (BC, HP), then finished it off with lvl 14 Mechtantula (Zap x2). 1100+xp for the lvl pet.

strat works fine - just for your 3rd, I would not have a pet lower than lvl 20 for your 3rd, in case you wanted to get level xp on the 3rd one. I put a lvl 13 Chuck in there, and by the time he came in, he had between 350-400 hp. val'kyr came back as well, but she had low hp as well.

I used a PP Zandalari Kneebiter instead of an Anklerender, and it worked fine. My Kneebiter stood with about ~20 HP left, so it may not work if you get handed an unlucky crit. I still had my third pet though, so they might have been able to finish it off if the Kneebiter fell.

Not mandatory or probably even necessary, but I'd up a P/P anklerender for a little more oomph in this case, since the enemy is so fast no breed of anklerender will outspeed it.
