There is a slight risk that your Dragonling crits the Thunderbolt and if the third pet has exactly 790 HP or less then you will not have a chance to explode and let your leveling pet receive the XP. I made a modification to a line in the TD script:

[enemy(#3).hp<=1092 & enemy(#3).hp>790].

This made sure that it will use Breath instead if the risk is there.

Thanks for your comment :) You are right but the threshold should be 798hp (532*1,5). So that means you have to make at least 238dmg with Breath (798-560(explode)). I'm not in game right now but 238 should be enough. (edited)

This strategy with Motorized Croaker has little chance of failure, if [Lift-Off] (336-504 damage for S/S) deals 383 damage or less, you will receive the dragon bonus after the 4th turn, not after the 3rd. In this case you will have no dragon bonus for [Early Advantage], and Croaker will need 2 more turns to kill Globs. And Croaker will lose too much health before fighting Nightmare Sprout.

You don't need dragon bonus for early advantage. Even if early advantage hits without dragonbonus your pandaren dragonling needs most times two hits to take globs down. (edited)

I tried to catch this situation several more times - Motorized Croaker. was left with minimal health, but the strategy worked. Apparently, I just had no luck with crits in previous times. =) (edited)
