I have the P/B Elusive Skimmer and it's worked every time. In fact, I've never had to bring the Barrier Hermit in.

Stage 9 is the annoying Vehicle scene where you hop into the Abomination to kill mobs. No pet battle in Stage 9.

Superb use of the Elusive Skinner!

On my first run-through, blind, I thought of Gulp Froglet, but settled for a boring Haunt/Stampede. This is much nicer.

I used Gulp on Tommy. Swarm > Mudslide and he's dead. I was going to use the Skimmer on an alternate Fras strat, but with 6 breeds it might be too hit or miss for all the breeds.

I was trying out schlumpf's Moths on Tommy, but it felt a bit slow, so I started again with Effervescent Glowfly on him instead. That wasn't slow! :) I didn't test it properly, but worth a look. if you want Gulp again.
