Works with 53% HP Skitterling, backup pets I used were Mindlost Bloodfrenzy and Archetype of Meta (didnt need 3rd pet tho) (edited)

I used the same Chitterspine Skitterling from the Sludge Belcher encounter even though it was at 85% health. Happy to say it still worked just fine for me. =)
