So I've just started doing pet battles in shadowlands because of the cool new pets. As such I've been trying to earn polished pet charms by doing daily world quests including in BFA. So one tip I picked up with battle pet WQ is that they scale. Meaning they are easier if you use level 1 pets. I beat Unbreakable using 2 level 1 albatross. Just used the quill ability until I got 15 hits and then killed him.

There are plenty of "shortcuts" that usually work, but if you are unlucky, you can get chain stunned. That is why i've set it up with just one ability from each pet, to mitigate that possibility :)

script doesnt work, gnome kept using his second ability after making the turret not changing pets

otherwise the strat is fine I just had to do it manually

2nd Edit - changed the second slot spell ability for the gnome and the script worked this time (editado)

This strat does not work. I had to fire the rocket, then switch to Bling, Make it Rain, then Ikky and flock and flock, then back to Bling to make it rain some more before Chitara died. What am I missing here?

I think you're using the wrong skill... the turret is the auto gun that fires itself. There's no rocket to launch.

What rocket? The first attack from the Gnome is Build Turret, not Launch Rocket. Is that what you're missing?

Chitara's gimmick is that he takes no damage until 15 attacks have been made, in 3 waves of 5. Watch his buffs under his name top right when you start the battle. First you have to make 5 attacks, then 5 more, then 5 more. Then he takes double damage.

The Turret alone makes three attacks each round. Make it Rain does four in its original round, then one in each subsequent round. So after the first round of Make it rain, you have made 10 attacks. Another four happen during the round you swap to Ikky. The first bird of Flock breaks the barrier, and after that Shattered Defenses and the DoTs finish it quickly.

I just logged in to test it. I did get my Lil'Bling stunned, which is not mentioned in the strat, but is covered in the script, but that is not a problem. Personally, I'd run Inflation after Make It Rain and keep that going before calling in Ikky, because why not, but the strat works fine.

You don't need Ikky if you use "Inflation". Turn 1: "Build Turret" Turn 2: "Inflation". That's it. Watch him die. It works for me.

Direbreak Hatchling can solo this fight. 1 - 2 - 1. Simply use 'Ironskin' when available, and 'Falcosaur Swarm!'. Once his shell has dropped and your 'Falcosaur Swarm!' has stopped, finish him with a 'Predatory Strike'. (editado)

Yes, there are lots of "short cuts" that usually work. But if you are max unlucky with stuns and crits, such a strategy can fail. Thats why i used 3 pets with 1 ability from each, trying to find the best combo between speed and safety :)

If your Clockwork Gnome gets stunned, this strat will not work. Just start over and hope for some RNG luck... If Chitara is still alive after the first Flock, a second Flock will do the trick.

Really ? I've had it work perfectly through multiple stuns and crits, its never come close to failing. I dont know if you had the "mother of bad luck", or if something has changed in a patch ?

You can replace both Lil' Bling and Ikky with Francois as he can cover both Make it Rain and Flock. Not much of a difference, but saves a swapping turn.

I used a lvl 4 clockwork gnome just to build the turret .. he only lost half his health and then I followed the rest of the strat and gained 4-5 levels on my gnome

My first attempt went awry. T1 Carry pet> T2 Switch to Clockwerk Gnome, T3 Turret, T4 Gnome chewed up and stunned. Chitara switches to Quake and clears the turret. I bring in Bling with wrong configuration of 1,2,2. So, I let loose the rocket T5-6 for a 3400 one shot. Quite a surprise and fun. Never Quit, Never Give Up.

I added a SMCKTHAT after the second turret, but it wasn't really needed. That tinplated Gnome is a monster at squishing that oversized bug.

True, using a third pet is just a safety feature really, to insure against crits and stuns, etc.

Forrest Moth 1,1,1- Moth Ball, caccon, fill in with slicing wind. Went down easy.

is this strat with a different pet? i don't see explode or decoy on the 2 pets listed here? or am i reading that wrong? 899 exp this week from single pet tusks WQ, so i would like to get a level pet in there.

Good one! But I messed up and first pet solo'd it cus I forgot to swap after railgun. I used Darkmoon Zep as second pet.

yeah, after the first couple of turns the damage just "snowballs", and he is dead no matter what :)

This is a great strategy. Since your pets are all using slot 3 abilities with cooldowns, you can consolidate your TD Script pretty significantly to just:

standby [ self.aura(Stunned:927).exists ]
ability(#3)
change(next)
