I can't figure out how to get this to work. I can never kill Splat before the moonshell coming in and splat just wipes him up too. Only real difference is having an H/B shack crab but that surely can't be it right?

i had a breed restriction on this before... but dragons tested it and said it wasn't needed...
not sure if that is the problem or not... i was using HH breed ( i didn't have any other breed to test with it)

You are my hero. I cannot tell you how many times I pounded my desk in frustration trying other combinations. This worked the first time I tried it after a shameful number of attempts at other strats.

I had to restart once due to a crit but I actually used a level 23 common quality Shack Crab (HB) and it survived past the few turns that it was supposed to, surprisingly. in addition I used Hermit Crab S/S and Moonshell Crab H/P and the strat worked great

6		Pla2pus#1287	As others have pointed out, this is a RNG fight, especially the first enemy. I was able to pull this off relatively comfortably by trying to mitigate as much of the shenanigans as possible, but your mileage may vary. 8		Serre#1135	This super sucked a lot and I won by the skin of my teeth so there is probably some RNG involved. Feathers doesn't always cast Nocturnal Strike and Lift off in a specific pattern, so you might have to attempt it more than once. I tested it and won 2 out of 3 times. At another hand, this is why we like pet battles, coming up with new strategies. Not going to write script for this.
