For both this strat and the others that use Arcane Eye, I've found that using Interrupting Gaze on round 4 means your Arcane Eye will definitely survive to take Tikka's first hit, and you'll be able to apply Eyeblast on the first round.

This should take some of the RNG out of using Flash and Light, since Tikka will be at very low hp at that point, and Dust Cloud will have plenty of CD. When I hate 1 miss with Milo on Shadow, it meant that Shadow finished the fight, and I never needed my Sanctum Cub.

Here's what my rounds looked like:

Turn 1: Eyeblast
Turn 2 & 3: Focused Beams
Turn 4: Interrupting Gaze
Turn 5: Focused Beams

Buzzbeak dies, Tikka comes in
