This strat failed some times on me so I switched the Jade Owl with Enchanted Broom (2-1-2), used Batter.

Used this as well w/ Broom swapped in for Owl. Fight is already rough on its own, but after a few tries I was able to get it.

I didn't have the right manafiend, I used the one I use always, empowered, with same 2 abilities as the one in the guide and soulrush as 3rd, used soulrush first, NOT stunning shark was good, even without great crit luck it killed shark in time, obviously it dealt less damage to other 2 pets while on back line than the manafiend with flux would've done, then for my manafiend and anyway in general I found there's no reccomendation on how to use jade owl in the guide, I personally decided to just use quills without forboding curse when I was fighting the last shark with enchanted pen cause I was already faster and the added damage was very little, I obviously first used evanescence to dodge his attack, did serious damage to him, and jade owl seemed pretty bad, so I replaced it with extinguished eye with focused beams, eyeblast and dark rebirth, and I just used focused beams till I was down to 450 hp and blood in the water was on cd, had missed me, he had recently used ravage but he could've gone for it again, if he had used sharp teeth I'd have used focused beams but to avoid risk ravage would've killed me I used dark rebirth, then beam, he didn't kill me that round and rebirth worked: he died, I died, I ressed with full hp, won! Eventually the final ability he used was huge sharp teeth, twice in a row, it's also to note that if you use interrupting gaze instead of rebirth you will interrupt his round and damage him and take no damage, maybe works better in some cases.

I had same issue as Sabelle - I added the Accursed Hexxer instead of Jade Owl (112) and used Phase Shift followed by Chaos Beam to win.

sub fior first pet - empyreal manafied 1, 2, 2 arcane blast, arcane blast, prismatic barrier pass till down arcane blast till chum is under 730 and use mana surge... chum should die arcane blast till dead then continue with step 10 of original strategy shouldn't need the 3rd pet

I could not get this team to work. My Empowered Manafiend died during recovery every time.
