Technically any pet with Rampage works but I've had the best success with Wolpertinger being a Critter. It's always survived vs Scales.

I tested in multiple fights with a P/P Bronze Whelpling and it never failed, though usually with only 76 health left. Maybe I was never crit but it was tested in at least 10 fights.

I did test a S/S as well but it won for different reasons. I had to do one more Arcane Slash at end. I don't know if anomaly.

I didn't have the same pets so I used Nether Faerie Dragon, Flayer Younger for rampage and Infinite Whelpling using sleeping gas, healing flame, and early advantage. I will post the strategy because it ends up different enough.

Keep in mind that Acid Rain will hit the backline once, doing 136 normal damage, and 205 damage to an elemental pet.

strategy failed twice in a row. arcane slash x 3 does NOT kill breaker for me. Then I looked at my bronze whelp and he was sadly Rare Health + Speed. :(

Ok I just had a semi fail happen to me. I killed Breaker with a crit from 2nd Arcane Slash so when Stickers came in Early Advantage was on cooldown and did not have benefit of Dragonkin bonus damage when it did. For a situation like that Arcane Slash once then Lift Off to dodge the Frog Kiss, and then Early Advantage followed by any Arcane Slash you need to finish.

One note, if your level pet is Elemental it cannot be level 1 - it will die to the AOE the 3rd enemy opens with.

Great strat. I didn't have a 25 level Bronze Whelpling so I used my Infinite Whelpling instead (P/P) with Early Advantage and Tail Swipe, throwing in the Healing Flame as needed. Leveling pet was flying so no issues with elemental death by frog.

This should be set as the top strategy for leveling, the other one is too RNG dependent for my liking.
