This worked for me, using a B/B Val'kyr and a S/B Ghastly Kid, as third pet I used a Detective Ray, which usually cleared it up for me. I tested this strategy around 10 times while writing a TDScript for it. If you dont want to use Detective Ray, delete use(#3) and use(#1) and use your damage ablilitys yourself.

it works but its very rng related, try to have a heavy hitter as your 3rd pet bc yopu will need it to do 700ish dmg in 2 rounds. i used lil kt [211] but hes frm the shop

Unborn Val'kyr 222 (same strategy at the beginning)
Stitched Pup 22* (spam Flury then, on undead round, use Howl so the moth is weakened), then finish it with Fragment of Anger's Soul Rush.

I didn't have my kid leveled up at the time, so I tried this one with my Infected Fawn P/B (2/1/1) and it worked great. Adrenaline rush kept my speed up to get me faster than the moth, and with a little luck, I wasn't stunned. The fawn has critter attacks like the kid, and the Siphon Life kept me going through the damage from the Helpful Spirit.

This strategy is not very good and needs some tweaks.. I've had very good success with the following:

Unborn Valkyr - 222
Ghastly Kid - 121
Eye of the Legion - 223

Turn 1 Curse of Doom
Turn 2+ Shadow Shock until your Unborn Val'kyr resurrects
Then: Unholy Ascension
Bring in your Ghastly Kid
Turn 1 If Curse of Doom is incoming on you, use Ethereal - otherwise skip this step
Turn 2+ Hoof until Helpful Spirit is dead
Delicate Moth comes in
Turn 1 Ethereal
*** CHANGES START HERE TO STRATEGY ***
Turn 2+ Hoof until Ghastly Kid Resurrects
Then: Ghostly Bite
Bring in Eye of the Legion
Turn 1 Eyeblast or Gravity (You might get stunned, just use it when recovered)

Tested twice. failed the first time. succeeded the second. Like all the special fights in the achievements there is a major element of RNG here. The two steps to pay attention to the most are Steps 2 and 3 for Unborn and Turn 1 for Kid. These fights, again like all the special achievement fights, can take multiple tries as written since they are mostly less than ideal makeups. =)

This did not work for me. Used Unborn Val'kyr as above, then switched to Bone Serpent. Call Darkness > Nocturnal Strike > Bone Barrage > Pass > Bone Barrage > Noctunal Strike (I was stunned so missed it) > Call Darkness > Nocturnal Strike. Bone Serpent died, but so did Delicate Moth (died to Bone Barrage). I had Ghastly Kid on reserve, never needed to use.

The above strategy did not work for me; Ghastly Kid got his butt kicked. I didn't have the other pets mentioned here, so I subbed an H/S Ghastly Rat 1 1 1. With.the boost of Unholy Ascension from Unborn Val'kyr, Ghastly Rat was able to carry the last two pets. The rotation I used was:
Crouch
Swarm of Flies
Flurry
Flurry
Flurry
Crouch (on cooldown)
Flurry
Flurry
Flurry

I was fortunate to not be stunned by Moth Dust, but I had a back up third undead pet just in case. Ghastly Rat finished the fight with 146 health and never rezzed.

I'd recommend Widget the Departed as a 3rd pet. Being S/S with 325 speed he's faster than the moth (already below 50%), so you can go Call Darkness and Spectral Strike right off the bat.

I used Restless Shadeling as my 3rd pet to finish with Arcane Blast that god damn idiot of a moth. He killed my Shadeling, but my Kid was able to ghost bite him and end it, one shot. :)

I changed it up some @ Nagratz I too used the Fragment of Anger for my 3rd pet and Soul rush.

I changed the order up some though on the above. When Delicate Moth comes out and my Kid was out with some 800 HP I just took the hits. RNG comes into play on Crits or any status effects but if you live. < I did first time I tested this.

I used Hoof and then got the undead rez and then used Ghostly Bite. This left the Moth with 440 HP and Fragment of Anger came in with one Soul rush and finished the fight off.

The above needs changed to reflect the improvements.

For my third pet I used Spectral Spinner. Blinding poison, then Spectral Strike finished the moth.

Strategy doesn't work when I choose any undead pet, even with a lucky hoof crit. Tried a pet good vs flying to counter the moth (Eye of the Legion) and it still died, during the undead round.
