I added a speed restriction to the PHH, and extra instructions against Tempe. Running this through the Pet Sim, this change has taken the original strat's winrate from ~ 7 % to ~ 64 % with the restriction.

Tried the strat/script several times without any success. Barely makes it to the last pet. SB Phoenix, PS stormborne and PB nexus
