After 2 Plague Breaths I was able to bring in a Level pet for the 3rd pet (lvl 17 as it did take some damage) and the Corpse Explosion dot finished off the enemy.

My Naxxy isn't leveled so I used a scourged Whelpling, with Tail Sweep. Works in SL

I love simple strategies without lots of pet swapping. This worked perfectly 1st try. I highly recommend this one.
