One mistake in "Turn 5+" - at the end it says "finish off Beaky" but at this point you're fighting Roots, not Beaky. Beaky is the final enemy to come in.
Anyways, here's a quick script for this strat:

Start NW, 1>3>2>spam 1 until dead. Roots will be 50%-ish
EPW keep 2 up, use 3 below 50% hp, and spam 1 otherwise.
I actually suspect EPW can solo this, but it will take a long time to kill Sunny...
