Terre brûlée for strong ticking damage, coupled with Trait d’élémentium buffed by Shattered Defenses for a stunning knockout punch. It's not very nice, but it's appropriate. Really, the hardest part is finding the cave entrance, so I've included a waypoint for it.

Shadowlands Update: This still works fine, despite using Hunting Party and Black Claw.
