If Lil' Bling and Iron Starlette die early, Clockwork Gnome does a great job taking down Little Blue with one Build Turret and then Metal Fist. If in the rare case this strategy does not work the first try, it most likely will on a second attempt. I have only tested this with a P/S Iron Starlette.
