He has blocked my Iron Starlette's (PS) final Wind-Up causing the fight to pretty much be over, however this does not happen often. I imagine an Iron Starlette with higher speed may not run into this issue, though I'm not positive. My script may increase RNG as this is only my second script I've written and I couldn't think of how to counter every situation where Ticker might use his cocoon. For Pet Slot# 3: You can use either Stormborne or Nexus Whelpling, but I've had the best and most consistent luck with a Nexus Whelpling P/B breed due to the little bit of extra HP it has, which helps him go farther into the fight.

Strat and script appreciation time! Spouse and I have been using both, for years, including today. On all the alts with access to Nazmir. Fight rarely fails, needing just a heal and re-try. Thank you!
Don't think I've consistently used a level 1 pet in this though. RNG gets wild towards the end, after Yu'la dies. Only if strat goes flawlessly can a level 1, or even anything under around 11, pull off the RNG chance for taking a hit later. Much less potential cleanup. 90% is still 10% chance to not hit, every darn time. lol

I don't think this strat works anymore due to Jadefire Lightning being bumped up from 1 Round Cooldown to 2 Rounds.

Have to agree with Gunnerb52... this strat just didn't work, maybe a lot has changed in a year, IDK, but this failed 3 times in a row =( Now go ahead and throw all the hate you want. It won't change the fact that it didn't work.

Very Confusing Strat, Jadefire, or if you are below 500, Emerald Presence. If I am above 500 should i use Jadefire Lighting or Emerald Presence? I pressed what ever was not on cool down. Why Level pet in 3rd slot if you want to pu him in after 1st died?
Shoud be:
Turn 1: Emerald Presence
Prio1: if Below ~500 Health then Life Exchange
Prio2: Jadefire Lightning
Prio3: Emerald Presence
Until dead.
Then :
Bring in your Level Pet
Switch to your Qiraji Guardling
If backline pets is alive then Whirlwind otherwise

Knitpicky. CDs prevent there being much question of what to cast. Since Emerald Presence is up for 5 rounds, if there is a choice cast Emerald Lightening. You can put the levelling pet where you like it states very clearly to bring it in when Yu'la dies...this strategy is great.

Horrible Horrible strat. How this gets a good rating amazes me. 4 fights and lost everytime. Not even close and my level pet was level 19 so not a low level. I used the strat that had bloodbeak by eekwibble or something like that. Worked like a charm and 1 pet dead another at 80% and third not even used. The xp for this is not worth the chance of losing multiple times.

Are you reading the right strat? This worked perfectly. Yu'la took down bottom line, swap in levelling pet on turn frog is refreshing poison skin, then switch to qiraji for mop up.

You definitely did something wrong. I think this strat is pretty much impossible to fail. My Yu'la kills both backline pets, then Qiraji 1 or 2 shots the frog. How you actually managed to fail is quite unfathomable to me.

@ Gunnerb52#11397 sorry mate you didn't follow the strategy right. This tactic is robust. Yu'la rarely fails to take out the backline and the Guardling has no issues whatsoever finishing a half health frog! Great strategy @SpuriousLark#1929 many thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the successful strategy! It took 19 Rounds, and my level pet earned 160 XP (going from Level 1 to level 3), so players will have to decide for themselves whether it's worth the candle. It certainly does the job.

	codependency	This fight can be RNG depending on when Ticker uses his cocoon. He has blocked my Iron Starlette's (PS) final Wind-Up causing the fight to pretty much be over, however this does not happen often. I imagine an Iron Starlette with higher speed may not run into this issue, though I'm not positive. My script may increase RNG as this is only my second script I've written and I couldn't think of how to counter every situation where Ticker might use his cocoon.
