The extra Mana Surge standby line in the script isn't needed and can stop Whelpling from using Tail Sweep. Removing this improves the chance of success when using the script.

Worked! Didn't feel like it would and had me worried the whole time, but ended with Scourged Whelpling still having the Undead Phase unused.
