The general idea for this strat came from Palatinia on Wowhead.
I actually used a level 23 Mariposa Azul, so it's entirely possible that a level 25 could solo Chitara and no clean-up would be necessary. |

The script isnt tested yet and im not sure how important it is to have an S/S Kneebiter with leap in first slot. ( Any pet might do it as the shield just weakens with the amount of hits)

The key to this fight with Humanoids, who mostly have weak attacks against beasts, is to chip away at Chitara's shell with multiple-round attacks, like stampede or rampage. I won this fight with a lot of trial-and-error and realise the pets are not the easiest to get, but for those who have them, at least here's a strategy that MIGHT work. Not saying it will 100%. Note: Chitara will almost always go first with a speed of 367.
