Credit to Coldsweat. Didn't have a second Discarded Experiment. Discarded Experiment will take out the first two pets. Nexus whelping will finish the fight. I used Chrominius as back up, but not required.

Fight is pretty breezy. You can stumble if you get terrible Slicing Wind RNG but otherwise it has a stable win rate.
I tried a few different variations of Breed and all were able to win relatively easily. My personal Breeds were NFD - S/S , BW - P/P, NW - P/S |

For example, you require Emmigosa to have over 1627 HP. But Emmigosa, with its one breed, has exactly and only 1400 HP.
Defensive specification of requirements can be a good thing to do, in case later pets are added with the same moveset but different stats, but even when doing this, you should try to allow the pet you actually mean to be included.
If you require at least 1400 health, you should specify that as Health > 1399. Since you have specified health > 1627, the site can't locate any breed that matches, and so calls it "Uncertain", and shows me a yellow warning telling me I don't have a pet that matches the requirements.
There are cases where the site shows or elevates strats to specific people depending on whether they have a matching species/breed in their collection. Your strat will rule itself out by being impossible to match.
I would not think that you need to specify any restrictions on Emmigosa at all, but if you do, make them possible to attain. Similarly with the other two. Each has only one breed. I would remove all the stat restrictions.
You have a line "Any standard attack will finish Follet", but Follet is not one of Delver's pets? Is Follet the French name of the second opposing pet? That would be Tempe in English.
As Adaren said, you don't actually specify what Lil' Tarecgosa is supposed to do.
Again with Adaren, I would suggest, after Howl, Chrominius does Surge of Power to kill Tempe, and then Lil'Tarecgosa finishes Dustie with Arcane Storm and Surge of Power. So:

I tested five times, won four and lost one. There are a couple of elements of RNG. Emmigosa generally does a good job of finishing Swoggy and taking a bite out of Tempe, but partly because of the variability of Breath damage, your backline may get hit with more Wave damage than is good for them, and then taking an extra crit will cause a fail.
