Roseate Hopper
gets Spindler to under 50% and Boneclaw to under 20% before its death. Spindler still has a hard hitting dot ticking away.
1 pet, over 3100 non-crit damage when it dies, and another direct 370+ after its gone.
Venomous Bufonid
collects the debuff to allow its 2 dots to hit Rocko harder. Though at the time you lose this pet, it has done ~2.3K damage, its power is in the lingering dots. Amplified by Shattered Defenses and Black Claw and +155 to each from its active debuff when it died, it can be a rockstar if both dots have 2 ticks or more when Black Claw is applied.
It appears since the same name dot (From Poison Spit) is applied to Spindler, it gets the buff that was applied to your Hopper)
This pet is responsible for ~ 2300+ damage at the time of its death with more damage to come after. The Bufonid suffers from ~ 1000 damage of lost opportunity when its dotted targets die before they tick.
Chitterspine Skitterling
Not much needs to be said.
~ 2200 damage directly to Rocko
Body Slam hits Rocko almost as hard as it hits you.
@Gráinne, my notes said exactly that. Sputo di Veleno until Saltatore Rosato dies, Corrected turns and made priority lists where strategy flexibility was needed.

So I tried it. (with P/S Chitterspine)
It worked fine, but not as written.
In the above, there is no Turn 3, and when I came to Turn 5, my Roseate Hopper wasn't anywhere near dead. It still had most of its health, So I just kept casting Poison Spit until it died, and carried on with the rest of the strat.
From there, everything worked as expected.

Thank you for testing this Grainne. When the opportunity arises I will fix the turn 3 issue and offer better step by step explanations for variables when they happen.
