This quest was up today while I was shuttling toons out to Dunegorer for my routine mount disappointment, so I took the opportunity to try it with a PS about ten times - Fluxfire usually hit Failsafe about the same time that Stinger drops under 480, so you have to add a pass there to make the XP work. (2/10 times, I had to add two passes, the rest a single pass worked.)
