I swapped Eldritch Manafiend (P/S) to 1st position, used Soul Rush and then Surge of Power. Needlenose then came out and killed the Manafiend with his usual first toxic cloud ability. Used the same strategy with Disgusting Oozeling (H/B) on him. Corrosion -> Expunge. The moment Brite is in the game, swapped to Brightpaw (S/B), used Prowl, and then Arcane Dash. Finished. 10 Round battle. Brite is a freakin' pain so wiping him as fast as possible is key. (edited)

Many times I manage to kill the third pet but then I die due to low HP and Toxic Gas finishing me off. At some point it worked out though.

Strategy didn't work for me at the beginning, my 3rd pet kept dying before Corrosion killed enemy pet. Switched attacks and works like a charm:
Turn 5 Corrosion
Turn 6 Ooze Touch (!) That should be enough to finish off the pet
Brite comes in
Turn 7 Corrosion
Turn 8 Expunge (!) There is the lost damage I needed
The rest of the fight as written in the guide. (edited)

For an attack that only has a 25% chance to stun you, Star Tail's "Moth Dust" seem really efficient - i got put to Sleep 5x in a row, hahahaha! Other than this strat works great.

Blood Boil (211) + Arcane Gorger (111) + Disgusting Oozeling (111)

start with plagued Blood followed by drain blood then ooze touch until either ur pet is dead.
bring in arcane gorger to finish of startail with feedback if its up else use drain power on needlenose. use mana surge. mostly your pet will die here with needlenose on low hp.
bring oozeling to finish off needlenose with ooze touch.
Brite comes in ...corrosion , expunge then ooze touch.

PS: you will have to restart fight if blood boil gets sleep/stunned in any round. thanks for reading

Took me 5 attempts. 1st attempt the Surge of Power did not kill him, which led to my defeat. Attempt 2, got slept so abandoned.. Attempt 3 I tried Soulrush instead of Surge of Power and lost. Attempt 4 got slept so abandoned. Attempt 5 Surge of Power killed him.

Good strat. For Eldrich Manafiend, do a Soulrush before Surge of Power to remove much of the RNG.

Tried that and even got the stun and still lost. If I'd gone the other way I'd have lost,. Got it on my 5th attempt by using the posted strat. Soulrush, unless it stunned and crit would probably have led to another loss. So I guess it all depends on the hp of the last mob. (edited)

Good strat despite the rng, and any strat giving the possibility to use brightpaw is a good strat anyway !

Great strat, worked 2nd time, thanks! 1st time I was unlucky with Star Tail's Moth Balls so my pet died too fast, so I guess there's a bit of RNG, but the rest of the fight was accurate.

Worked for me first time as well! Given how difficult this fight is for most of the other pet families, I was surprised! Especially since I didn't use the Rematch string, and accidentally gave my Brightpaw Bite instead of Arcane Blast! Not to mention, I had to gamble with a substitute for the second pet with my H/B Disgusting Ooozeling instead. Still got the job one and done, though! (edited)
