The Sangue Coagulato Animato is a wild battle pet found in Maldraxxus. If you don't own a Istrice Spettrale, you can try your luck with Strillatrice (1/1/1). It will be an ever closer call, due to Shrieker's significantly smaller health pool.

Mini Mindslayer should have Amplify Magic instead of Inner Vision. Use it during round 4, after you have used Life Exchange and while you are waiting for the root debuff to expire. This isn't a gamechanger, but it's a no-brainer since the original strat doesn't use the ability in this slot anyways. This buffs your Expunge in round 6, which helps mitigate one source of RNG in the fight: when your Diseased Bite doesn't kill Leftovers #1.
DavidG's comment is spot on -- if Bone Barrage doesn't hit on all three ticks at the start, forfeit and start again without healing. The more damage you can do with the first Life Exchange, the better. Again, this isn't a make-or-break thing, but helps save time.
I am pretty sure that if Blood Boil has <500 HP when the first pet dies then you should just restart. Certainly his HP needs to be above 402 to survive Punch when you swap him in against Leftovers #2.
On my winning attempt, Blood Boil (S/S breed, which probably wasn't great for this fight) dodged several Bone Barrage ticks which made the difference. He was able to attack Leftovers #3 twice, at which point I had Mindslayer use Mana Surge instead of Life Exchange. (edited)
