I'm experiencing the same as chinchi11a mentioned back in December. It appears to happen if Dreadwalker is still alive and Soul of the Forge is your last remaining pet alive. The script just executes "standby" until your pet dies.

The script doesn't seem correct at all. The Skyfin Juvenile used Wing Buffet before applying its poison, so the backline pet never got poisoned. Then when Soul of the Forge came out, the script just broke entirely and didn't choose any action. Finished myself but just barely.
