Since this quest is sharable and it is rarely available in the world, a community was created years ago for the purpose of sharing this quest, even when it is not up. The community currently has approximately 100 members.

To join the community, use one of the links below and follow the instructions on the web page.

* Click "Find a Community"
* In the filter, select "Cross faction"
* Enter "Paper Beats Rock" in the search box and click Search
* Select the "Paper Beats Rock" result that shows the most members (there is an old version of the group that is no longer active)

Credit goes to wowhead user "Dragonfaire" for creating the original group. In more recent years, Toenail has been maintaining it and is often available/online for sharing.
