Bottle of Gloop is a drop from pools of Aberrant Voidfins and Malformed Gnashers. Reports on Wowhead state the assault doesn’t matter and you don’t need to be within the purple assault ‘ring’, you just need to fish from either one of the mentioned pools. I’ve seen numbers anywhere from 80 to 400+ casts to see the drop, but considering its hefty price tag on the AH you might want to pull out your fishing gear!
