While faster (and as a Flyer it often is), it can prevent 4 out of 5 turns with Veneno cegador and Nube de polvo. While there are just a few tamers who require such advanced protection, it's a nice backup to have while capturing wild pets.

As of 2024, brute force is quite prevalent, and such it's quite a tempting option – whether for an actual defense or intimidation.
Side effect: it might get copied by whoever sees it in action.
