On paper, this pet is a fan letter to 小鋼鐵之星 with 充水 replacing 上緊發條.
Coincidentally, this turns a Mechanical weakness against Elementals into Aquatic advantage, however with the racial being the same it is still vulnerable. Regardless, any exotic coverage for Family achievements is a good thing.

Unfortunately, the stats are not very good, and the third ability is non-damaging so it remains to see whether it leaps into its niche.
