1. Getting to 25 skill points in Enchanting
2. Unlocking the Insight of the Blue specialization
3. Putting 10 Dragon Isles Enchanting Knowledge into the Insight of the Blue ranks
4. Selecting the Primal Extraction Sub-Specialization & clicking Learn Sub-Specialization
5. Putting 20 Dragon Isles Enchanting Knowledge into the Primal Extraction ranks

The above unlocked the pet recipe for me.

Thanks to high innate power, you can do some mayhem with Drenar poder + Iluminar (1132 damage total), usually as a precursor to Explotar/Intercambio de vidas/any enemy HP % abilities, or to bring down a flyer.
