Frostfur Rat 1/2/2 and Snail 1/1/1
(put 3rd Snail 1/1/1 just in case but rather wont need it.)

Start with Frostfur Rat Refuge -> Call Darkness, switch to snail

Acid Goo -> Dive, Ooze Touch untill 1st and 2nd enemy is dead (vs 2nd pet use Dive before Stun hits u)

Acid Goo -> Ooze Touch
(use DIVE same round when Bird's Lift-Off just became available)

Odd how pet battles work out. My first attempt, I used a Rapana Whelk, a Shimmershell Snail, and a L24 Mountain Cottontail. They lost horribly by the time Beaky was at half health. I then switched to three L25 Rapana Whelks. The first two took Dorian's pets out with my second Rapana still at half health and my third one never entering battle. This is the sort of thing that makes pet battling so frustrating and so much fun. Thanks for the tips, everyone.

Thanks to stella for suggesting a rapana, and Totsi for suggesting multiple snails. The rapana got me through to Beaky before it died. I then switched in and out a 20+ critter, and brought in Scooter, who finished the job. Um Totsi, "if Beaky is faster..." we're talking snails here, of course he's faster! lol

Using multiple snails makes this fight easier, so if your first one dies just pick up with the next one in the strategy guide. Also on beaky, if he's faster than you then use dive when his lift-off is up and he'll go up, you'll hide, then miss his attack and nail him for lots of hp.

any critter huh? Seems like this strat works for the 1st and 2nd pet, but then the bird destroys me. Thanks for the half-strat I guess. Needs more to be complete.
