I’ve used this strat to level 100’s of pets from 1 to 25, along with the snail fight strat that needs zero bandages this is undoubtedly the most efficient fight for levelling especially on a pet battle bonus week where a pet levels in 2 battles.

Just awesome … thank you for making my pet levelling experience simple.

I did experience a few times (bad rng)² out of dozens of battles: when Stumpers keeps dodging until Superlatido is off cd Ranishu Raquítico gets a hit. It doesn't mess up the script until you get it twice in a row. Ranishu Raquítico is then too low in hp to win the next battle without bandaging.

I managed to fix this by switching back the lvl pet in when superbark comes off cd. I also found that with this modification, focus is no longer necessary after Foof is dead. Usually Stumpers is already dead before superbark is up again and in one less round. If nevertheless Stumpers manages one or even more extra superbarks, with this modif you can continue without ever bandaging (just using revive when off cd).

Indeed barely ever a heal needed. This, combined with the fact that you DO get character experience, imo makes this by far the best fight to level up pets. Yes, better than Squirt.

Even with the Abyssal Eel replacement I did not have to use any bandages while maintaining a 100% success rate by having both the Ranishu Runt and the Abyssal Eel thrice each and setting Ultra Squirt's minimum HP slider to 70%.

I was having some issues with this script when it came to swapping in the leveling pet and if the 3rd enemy pet pulled your leveling pet back out. I made some changes to resolve the issues I was facing. Sorry if some of the script is inefficient, first time modifying one.

Your not following the strat if lil' Sizzle is using anything other than Puppies of Flame. Voidskimmer should never go past 3 rounds. I started with a P/S which is strong enough with the pump setup to 1 shot. But switched over to a P/P as you dont need the extra speed and the extra power gives a bit more healing to extend having to heal.

Thanks for this fix. For anyone else who's trying to use it and it still doesn't work, make sure your voidskimmer has water jet set as ability 1. I had the alternate ability and didn't realize it was the cause of this failing.

This script/strat only worked for me once I battlestoned the Ranishu Runt and Voidskimmer I had (both were green/uncommon). Before upgrading them to blue/rare they would almost finish the fight then begin cycling and not finishing, even though the last enemy pet would be at 6 health or so. I could manually pick an attack to finish at that point, but both would have low health and need to bandage before going again. Once I upgraded both, they finish more quickly and at almost full health as expected. (Obviously Rare is always the recommended type, but I've used many other scripts successfully with uncommons so thought I'd mention it for others who do the same) (edited)

Something changed which makes the fight go a little wonky, so I adjusted the code a bit so that Water Jet is used if Puppies of Flame is still up on the final enemy pet. Seems to work so far:

This used to work flawlessly but something has gone wrong with the td script.
Something odd is happening when I get to enemy pet #3 - Lil'Sizzle. It cycles through all of my pets (including the leveling pet again) until my pet #3 dies (voidskimer) and then nothing happens. Its odd because the match would have ended about 5 turns earlier had it just hit the enemy pet?

I'm not sure if anything changed with 9.1, but I'm trying it and on occasion my voidskimmer dies and I have to heal them between each go. Their stats are as mentioned in the strat and I'm using the new script. It still works, but it is not as smooth/quick.

It seems like the Void Skimmer is using the second pump one round too early with the script? I've been manually using water jet after cleansing rain, which the puppies absorb, and then using pump on the next turn.

Its the pet battle bug, where swapping a pet doesnt consume a turn which is causing pump to cast early. a manual pass is needed after the first pump and before cleansing rain until the bug is fixed.

The same thing is happens sometimes when absorbing superbark by your level pet (edited)

But Fishy has a speed of 273, and the strat calls for speed > 282. Without trying it, I can't say exactly what the effect would be, but Berendain is an experienced strat-setter, and I expect there is a good reason why the speed is restricted.

When switching back to your Ranishu Runt after your level pet the script uses Sandstorm instead of Focus which can cause it to be dodged

Adjusting the script to the below truly prioritizes focus. There was a line that caused Sandstorm to be cast first no matter what.

Using Focus doesn't negate the dodge chance from Cute Face. An enemy's chance to dodge is not related to your chance to hit. I did test the benefits of using Sandstorm first or using Focus first, and preferred using Sandstorm first because it greatly reduces the damage your Ranishu Runt takes from Stumpers.

Using a 50 fight comparison for each script. Using focus first caused Sandstorm to miss once, while using Sandstorm first caused it to miss 15 times.

The strategy I have always used, and which has NEVER failed, has disappeared from this list now, and I can't remember whose strategy it was. It uses:

1st slot: Iron Starlette P/S w/ 1-1-1, 2nd slot: level pet any level, 3rd slot: Squirky w/ 2-1-2.

For Foof: Wind-up, Supercharge, Wind-up - Foof dies.

For Stumpers: Powerball, Wind-up, and then Powerball or pass until Stumpers has one Cute Face left, then Supercharge followed by Wind-up - Stumpers dies.

For Lil' Sizzle: Powerball, then pass until Iron Starlette is wiped out by the puppies. Bring in Squirky, and if any of the puppies are left, Bubble to start, followed by a Fish Slap. Lil' Sizzle will swap in your level pet after this. Swap back to Squirky, & hit first with Clobber to stun him, which gives you the opportunity to hit Lil' Sizzle twice with Fish Slap to finish him off.

Fantastic clever strat! Pet swap to soak Superbark, weather changes, healing bump, bandage requirement elimination, and fast. Not needing bandages makes this a great choice for alt leveling. I'm getting 4400xp per. I had only one failure so far in about 25 battles when my Voidskimmer got swapped in then Lil' Sizzle swapped it out. The script brought back the Voidskimmer but it used Cleansing Rain again when it could have finished the fight with one more pump. TBH, I was spamming the script while watching a video at the same time so not entirely sure what exactly happened. So, I added:

to the top of the script.

This only failed 2 times in 86 runs of leveling my 43 post-SL pets. And both times it was because of dodge shenanigans with Stumpers. One time he literally dodged EVERY SINGLE HIT from the Ranishu Runt -.- (edited)

This worked great - quick, cheap and reliable. During the Pet Battle Bonus event I was able to use this strat to level up about 25 pets from 1 to 25 in an hour and didn't use a single bandage. Well done, and thanks!

Уж поверьте, коммент мной был написан не просто так. На момент выхода Shadowlands многие абилки срабатывали не "по-написанному", от чего некоторые тактики работали некорректно или не работали совсем. Возможно сейчас уже все исправили (в чем я лично сомневаюсь)
