I lost twice w/this strat & got frustrated, so I subbed out my P/B EPW w/an H/S Emerald Whelpling with the same abilities. That was able to get me the win. The EW had a higher hit pool of 1627 compared to the EPW's 1465.

Worked really well! do bare in mind that dreadwalker does die, but he comes back! Nonetheless I was able to finish the fight with my Anubisath Idol, did not use my whelp al all.

This is closest to what worked for me. Probably mostly luck. I used Chrominius instead of core hound pup with howl and bite
