Great Strat! Still works great in SL. As with other "family familiar" fights against Odrogg that don’t call for a specific third pet, you can use leveling pet (of the same family, of course) as your 3rd and swap it in/out right after your fist pet dies. A mid to high level pet would be safe, but I was just fine with a low level pet. For the undead crew, I altered the last sequence slightly. Turn 2 vs Snot was Ancient Blessing. Then claw the way to the end. Thanks so much!

Snuck through with a Scourged Whelpling, a 21 Scourged Whelpling, and a Frostwolf Ghostpup. Followed Strat for the first pet; then similar strat for the second whepling; the Refuge, Frolic, and scratch until last pet dies. It was close, ghost pup was on revival turn, but a win is a win.

Used Scourged Whelpling as listed with a 2nd call darkness. Rocklick kept healing.
Blighthawk 1,1,1 for 2nd slot. Lift off, slicing wind, consume corpse. Till Sloe moe down
Soulbroken Whelpling in 3rd slot 1,1,1 Uncertainty, Spiritfire bolt, soul ward when snot dives.
Easy fight.

I had some good luck with my infested bear cub (2, 2, 1) with this. Roar to increase damage, Maul and hibernate, rinse and repeat. I used a bone serpent to finish off the last one.

Can confirm this. scourged whelpling and infested bear cub easily handled this fight. I did not have a fossilized hatchling. thanks for this.

I used Bone Serpent P/S 1.2.1, Fossilized Hatchling P/S 1.1.2 and Frostwolf Ghostpup P/P 2.1.1. Didn't have to worry overmuch about which spells to use when. Ghostpup was hella fun.
