I was able to pull this off relatively comfortably by trying to mitigate as much of the shenanigans as possible, but your mileage may vary. Feathers doesn't always cast Nocturnal Strike and Lift off in a specific pattern, so you might have to attempt it more than once. I tested it and won 2 out of 3 times. My Tiny Blue Carp was able to kill off Feathers as well as throw a Wild Magic onto Splat! Thank you so much for this strat!
