Instead of Rat givrepoil used another bunny with Rafale, Esquive, Enfouir (tested sucessfully S/B, P/S, H/S, B/B, H/B. Mixed results with S/S. All speed > 297).
When Lapin du printemps dies, bring the other bunny. If Sir Pounce is faster, use Rafale. If not faster or after Rafale, use Enfouir, Esquive, Rafale, repeat. When Mini Airship comes in, swap to Hanneton de feu (edited)

I needed one Burn from Fire Beetle to finish off Sir Pounce (he had 3 HP left) and then a Cauterize to stay alive long enough.

Worked for me 2nd try, made this script:

use(Stampede) [enemy.hp > 370]
use(Scratch)
change(#2) [enemy(#2).active]

-- Sir Pounce Battle
