Does not work. Calf dies much earlier. You can pick a good third pet and make it work, but at that point you're just doing a different strat anyways.

Definitely does not worked as described....expect the Mudback Calf to die before both Foof and Stumpers are killed (at a minimum, he kills them but has no set up attacks for Lil'Sizzle who will go into his hidden attack). I used an Amethyst Spiderling 2/2/1 to beat on Sizzle until swapped out to my Argi 1/2/2.

Just see how he would do, I used Son of Skum (2,1,2). Stoneskin, Lightning Shield, Stampede, repeat. He won easily until swapped out by Lil'Sizzle.
