There is an RNG element to this: Stumpers' Tongue Lash can hit either one or two times. If if hits two times every time, plus the initial extra hits due to his speed, your Starlette dies before killing Stumpers with Wind-Up. If this happens, you need to forfeit, heal and try again.

I hope you don't mind, Lyseria, but I took this strat and had a play with it.

I swapped turns 1 & 4 on Stumpers so the Powerballs benefit from the Wind-Up buff.
I did all my testing with a P/S Starlette but, having crunched the numbers, I'm sure this strat is possible with all 5 breeds.
There are a few variations on Stumpers depending on how many times you land a hit with Powerball, and also a couple more iterations for 'Lil Sizzle depending on when your IS dies, but, I think I've got them all covered.
The carry pet needs 133hp if using P/S breed IS, 267hp for the other 4 breeds. This is accounting for crits from Dreadful Breath (hits harder on Dragonkin, softer on Beasts).

Foof: as above
Stumpers comes in
1. Wind-Up
2-4. Powerball
5. If Powerball has missed every turn up to now, or if using H/H breed and it's only hit once; Supercharge, otherwise; Powerball (the idea with the change here is to give your IS as much chance as possible to land a Powerball crit or 2 and push Stumpers' hp low enough that 1 more Powerball will kill it and you'll have Wind-Up ready for Sizzle)
6. If Powerball will kill Stumpers; use it, otherwise; Wind-Up
Stumpers dies
'Lil Sizzle comes in
1. If Wind-Up is charged; use it, otherwise; Powerball
2+. Pass until Starlette dies
Bring in carry pet
Swap to PWS

When writing a script its best to have the conditional(s) on the ability be adaptive unless the attack round is 100% static and even then there's usually other, better options.

The pet order is assuming Starlette/PWS/Leveler. I also found it better to use the round after your Iron Starlette dies to cast Whirlpool and let Lil' Sizzle swap in the Leveling Pet for you.

The enemy health values are based on the weakest iron starlette breed (H/H).

@Prudentius; That was one of my earliest scripts. I've gotten a lot better at it (I think) since then. :)
Looking at your script, I think you've mixed up the assumed order on your 2nd paragraph. If it's IS/PWS/carry, there's no conditional for the carry pet to be swapped in. It's either baseline Powerball or baseline Water Jet.
Your script is good for IS/carry/PWS, though.

8.3 here: script is working fine, with 2 changes tho:

1) after Tonk gets killed, swap to level and swap to TH (there will be time to cast dodge)...
2) give the last hit on Tonkers with Ravage, to heal 309 and start with the second Ravage+Minefield on Lil Sizzle...

Just leveled 10 pets, all using this strat, 100% successful.

I tried the current TD script available and no go. As someone else mentioned Dodge isn't off CD when Teroclaw is swapped in at the end. I also tried Ausare's revised (2nd) script and it stops working later in the fight.

I basically started out using the original script but kept doing damage with the Tonk instead of passing. At the end i used Dodge on CD and just kept swapping Teroclaw back in after the forced swaps

Update: Continuing to do damage with the Tonk seems to work better for me. Tonk killed Stumpers, and lasted long enough to missile and soak a round of Puppies, Teroclaw had dodge available and avoided the rest of the puppies. I used Hawk Eye a couple of times and alpha strikes finished it.

After "Lil' Sizzle comes in", my Teroclaw's Dodge ability is never off cooldown yet.
I don't know anything about TD Scripts, I just use them.
The script NEEDS to be edited to reflect this! The Teroclaw ends up dodging and the Inferno Herding ability misses, so the level pet never gets swapped in!
Also, it would be great if the Teroclaw used Ravage on Lil' Sizzle at the end when appropriate. It never gets used. :(

This is not working... rematch script pulled my lvl 1 lvl pet and it had no chance to survive. You need to set a limit for lvl pet to higher number then 1. If You doing it, then do it right.

I did do it right. Nowhere does this strat say it's okay for a lvl1 carry pet.
Lyseria's post clearly says lvl5+ for the carry pet. If you use the Rematch string above the script I posted, you will find that I refined that to a minimum 265hp with the incoming damage being humanoid and it also being good for any magic or mech pet unless the Starlette is not P/S.

This worked perfectly for me--wonderfully quick! I used a rare Ashwing Moth (can't tell breed, sorry, the pre-patch completely broke my Pet Journal (*sob), [1400/289/289]; second moth was a Dusty Sporewing [same stats]. Had a Forest Moth for backup, but didn't need it. Sometime (end of August?) when the expansion is done/fixed, I'll try a level pet, but for now, I'm just doing the minimal. *sob.

Effective 17 July 2018, Patch 8.0.1, this strategy is no longer possible. Teroclaw Hatchling may no longer have Dodge and Nature's Ward in the same battle. You have to choose one or the other as Ability #2.

Small change to the enemy 3 section, changed it so your leveling pet swaps in, takes the most of the Puppies of the Flame and Inferno Herding damage, and gets swapped out by the enemy, which means it will have to be about 15 or so. Fight is still very RNG mostly due to Cute Face on enemy 2

My favorite strategy to level up a pet vs Amalia:
Landro's Lil' XT with Zap, Heartbroken and Tympanic Tantrum.
Any pet you want to level up that have at least 500 hp (at least 650 if your pet is mechanical or dragonkin).
Any pet with Pump and speed greater then 260.
Start with Heartbroken then use Tympanic Tantrum. Foof will die. Stumpers comes in, Zap it.
Lil' Sizzle comes in, swap in the pet you want to level up, then swap in the pet with Pump. Use Pump twice, game over.
If you don't have Landro's Lil' XT (or Lil' XT from shop) it might work as well with Personal World Destroyer or Pocket Reaver with Supercharge, Quake and Metal Fist. I haven't tried yet.

Same as Rias wrote some time ago (see below) Stumpers died before the Dodge on Teroclaw came off CD. But this actually worked out better, at least I think. Did one Alpha Strike and was able to use Dodge + Nature's Ward against Puppies of the Flame. No big issues after that, except that a levelling pet at 6+ is a bit risky, depending on the class. I had a lvl 11 Wretched Servant, which barely made it following the switch-out routine as detailed in the strategy.

This strategy is heavily RNG-dependent. Cute face on Stumpers can and often does have you miss him 3 times in a row. By the time you can land a strike on him, the land mines are gone and you have to deal with a full health Sizzle, which is not usually a big deal, but sometimes RNG will not favor you on that either. Out of 14 toons today, I got 8 of them on the first try with this strategy.

This strat worked good for me. I did mess up and keep using missile until Foof was dead once. So I just followed that routine with Stumpers, minefield, missile till dead. Ion cannon on Lil'Sizzle and let his doppelgangers beat up on the tonk. Missile until Tonk is down. He swaps in level pet. Switch to Teroclaw and dodge, natures ward, alpha strike until done. This strategy worked great. With the hat & a burger treat, Spirit Crab went from L6 to L15. Nice XP! I'm curious about Stumpers' Turn 2 and the instructions not to use Missile. Sarth (earlier post) used it, and I tried it (sorry, couldn't resist) and the strat still worked well. Any ideas on the caution? Thanks, Nyari & Xu-Fu.

Okay, I think maybe the warning is because Stumpers casts his Cute Face and can dodge the Missiles. He didn't do that the first time I tried this, but the second and third times, he dodged all of the missiles. No harm done, just no good. Anyway, great strategy for leveling a pet. Little sizzle did get to go all multi personality a 2nd time but just did the dodge, nature's ward, alpha strike again. Might not have gotten that far but his hp was pretty high when level pet was swapped in so I didn't risk it.
Did this 3 times today. Level pet from 18 to 25 with lesser pet treat.
On last one I had switched tonks and forgot to change to minefield.
Tonk took out first two pets. Then just followed Teroclaw/lvl pet strat.
Guess you can mess up and it still works.

This is a fairly straightforward strat with obvious RNG issues because of the 50% hit chance of Demolish, but it does work well and is fairly fast.

Mining Monkey 2-1-/
Bloodbeak 2-1-2 (I used a P/P breed but any should do, also, Junglebeak & Axebeak Hatchling have exactly the same breeds and movesets)
Lvl6+ Leveling Pet

Turn 1+. Demolish until Foof dies
Stumpers comes in
1. Going Bonkers!
2+. Demolish until; a) Stumpers is dead; b) at low hp, or; c) Mining Monkey is dead

I'll split the strat a little here and rejoin it on turn 2 against Lil' Sizzle

a)
Lil' Sizzle comes in
1. Swap to Bloodbeak

b)
Pass until Mining Monkey is dead then follow c)

c)
Bring in Bloodbeak
1+. Peck until Stumpers dies
Lil' Sizzle comes in
1. Peck

2-4. Pass
5. Swap to Leveling Pet
6. Rain Dance
7. Nocturnal Strike
8+. Peck until Lil' Sizzle dies

Tip: always reset if Demolish misses on round 1, it costs you nothing as Foof always uses Howl first. This way you increase your chance of 2-shotting Foof with no damage taken.

This pet setup works but the tactics are all wrong.
When Lil' Sizzle comes in:
He is hit by the Minefield ~330 dmg.
Lil' Sizzle casts Puppies of the Flame
Teroclaw Hatchling - Dodge
Teroclaw Hatchling - Alpha Strike (this will always miss)
Teroclaw Hatcling - Nature's Ward
Lil' Sizzle - Inferno Herding (lvl pet is switched in)
Lil' Sizzle will at this point be at ~1100 health, far too much to be taken out by a single spell by almost any pet especially one at below level 25.

Apparently my Teroclaw kills Stumpers faster than expected. Dodge will not be up for Sizzle (and it wouldn't make sense to strike on turn 2 after sizzle comes in, because he's in puppy of the flame mode that turn), so I have to flip-flop turn 1 & 2 after sizzle comes in (Strike > Dodge > Ward >Pass).

I've done this fight several more times now, and have changed to:
Minefield>Missile until Foof is dead.
Minefield>Missile until Stumpers is dead.
Ion Cannon, Tonk will soak at least one round if not all of the puppies before dying. Switch to Teroclaw and start the Dodge>Ward>Strike rotation. Switch back to Teroclaw when the level pet is pulled in (sometimes he is swapped in when Tonk dies, just swap right back out to Teroclaw). I had one attempt where Sizzle was going to die if I did another Alpha Strike, I swapped in the level pet and Sizzle swapped him back out for me to finish the fight. So yes there's a little variance in this but my Teroclaw was never lower than 1k hp and I felt like the Tonk got more mileage.

6+. Meaning any pet between level 6 and 25, an 18+ pet could easily take out Lil' Sizzle with one spell if it has low enough health.

If you decide not to bring a too low lvl pet to get xp, let's say a 15+ish, you can keep minefield down and just spam missile on 2 first pets and once the 3rd comes ou you use the ion cannon :)
For the 3rd pet I used a Pandaren Water Spirit and brought it in when the elemental corgi had 2 round on the imunity puppies and used Whirlpool+Dive to finish it off.

Start by throwing the minefield, then missile the first pet to death.
Second pet comes in, minefield and missile to death.
Lil'Sizzel comes in, swap to level pet, then to PWS.
Whirlpool then Dive. Done.

You left off marshmellow's coming in but this worked by using lightening on him, then bite. I could not get the recommended team to work in 5 tries, teroclaw and tonk as tonk never got the 2nd minefield down and died early every single time. So thank you brawler, that worked.

I recommend swapping turns 1 and 2 after the Teroclaw Hatchling comes in the first time. I found that if I follow it as currently written, a crit will drop my Hatchling below 50% and cause this strat to fail.

Update: done it 5 times now and it has worked every time without fail, not sure what RNG others are experiencing but even if Stumpers dodges a few times the Teroclaw Hatchling should have no issue taking it, and Lil' Sizzle down.

HIGHLY RNG dependent. Because Cute Face is something like a 99.9% chance to dodge, seems it takes restarting a LOT to make it work. Not really worth the time.

You can do that, but the rotation above will not work anymore then. It's still not a difficult fight with those pets :-) The strategy is simply outlined so you can follow it without much hassle.

If your level pet is mechanical, you can start lower than +6, I did this with level 4 pet, it got killed, but as mechanical it came back with some life to spare.

Nach dem Klein Zischer das Feld betreten hat, sollte Runde 1 und Runde 2 wohl andersrum ausgeführt werden. In Runde 2 bringt Alphastoß nichts, da man ihn nicht treffen kann. Deswegen erst Alphastoß, dann in Runde 2 Ausweichen und dann fortfahren wie oben beschrieben.
